Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

  1. Except for used candles, used greeting cards, and used soaps, all products are eligible for return or exchange.

  2. Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.

  3. For eligibility, items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging.

Initiating a Return or Exchange:

  1. To begin the process, please contact us at charsiu778@gmail.com. Provide your order number, specify the items you wish to return or exchange, and state the reason for your request.

  2. Once your email is received, we will guide you through the subsequent steps.

Refunds:

  1. After your returned items are received and inspected, we will send you a notification about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method, minus the $3.50 return shipping fee. We will also provide an email detailing the refund specifics for your records.

Exchanges:

  1. If you aim to exchange a product, reach out to charsiu778@gmail.com with your request. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the exchange.

Shipping Costs:

  1. For all returns and exchanges, a fixed shipping fee of $3.50 will be applied.

  2. This shipping charge is non-refundable.
